CARDIO KICK FIT BOOTCAMP
This is the workout of workouts! This high intensity cardio/resistance class will keep you on your toes with upbeat music, plyometric moves, boxing combinations, sprints, bag work, lower body conditioning and abdominal work. You’ll also engage in boot camp style drills such as push-ups, pull ups, rope climbing, hill hiking and distance running. Because we pride ourselves on assuring our clients the best results, we also utilize our resistance machines, bands and dumbbells to increase lean muscle mass and turbo charge your body fat burning capabilities.
